From Vendors (Drivers):

• Driver's license information
• GPS location while active on the platform
• Tool and equipment photos submitted during onboarding and audits
• Stripe Connect account information for payouts

Automatically collected:

• Browser type and device information
• Pages visited and time spent on site

3. How We Use Your Information

• To match Customers with nearby available Vendors
• To process payments and issue payouts via Stripe
• To send SMS and email notifications related to your service request
• To maintain safety and quality standards on the platform
• To comply with Oregon tax accounting requirements (Marion/Polk County)
• To investigate disputes and process refunds

4. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS messages from Jump&Lock related to your service request, including dispatch confirmations, driver updates, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.

We do not send promotional SMS messages without separate consent.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the platform:

• Vendors — receive your name, location, and vehicle details to complete your service request

• GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and communication platform
• Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect safety

6. Location Data

Location data is collected only when you actively use the platform to request or provide a service. Vendor GPS data is logged while they are active on the platform and used solely for dispatch purposes. We do not sell or share location data with third-party advertisers.

7. Data Retention

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
